Hello, Space Needle! The most iconic Seattle views wrap around the entire structure, with windows running the entire length on all sides.
Making eye contact with the Space Needle, the 41-story, 440-foot Spire Seattle is a new luxury condominium tower located at the apex of Belltown, South Lake Union, and the Denny Triangle. Units in this building are for sale now, and going fast.
Seattle has its share of luxe condo towers, but Spire is unique among them. Its design cuts an impressive figure. It is a LEED Silver certified, 10,660-square-foot triangle, with 360-degree views of Puget Sound, Lake Union, and the mountains beyond.
Soaring to the sky from its address of 2510 6th Ave., Spire is “the closest high-rise building to the Space Needle,” according to the official website, and indeed seems eye to eye with the icon. Yet despite these colossal numbers, the actual lot from which the Spire rises is just a quarter acre, akin to a lot that might host a single-family home — an impressive architectural achievement.
Spire offers 343 one-, two- and three-bedroom luxury condominiums. The prices range from the high $400,000s for a more modest unit to $4 million for a penthouse. Each unit has a stunning view, thanks to the triangular design of the building.
Amenities here are also noteworthy. The top two floors of the tower are dedicated to amenities that allow every resident (not just penthouse owners) access to an incredible view terrace. Also on offer: a fitness room, shared workspace, pet run and wash station, theater, and more.
There is also a 102-foot below ground garage, and it’s fully automated — meaning that residents can drive into a portal, get out of their car, and the car is parked automatically thanks to an ingenious computer-controlled system: no driver needed. This parking system is the first of its kind in Seattle. See the parking garage in action here.

Interested? Better hurry. Spire is Seattle’s fastest-selling high-rise building of 2021 with 81 homes sold in 8 months, beating out all other actively listed high-rise towers in the city. Keep scrolling to take a tour.
The Spire tower has forever changed the Seattle skyline. No buildings this tall are this level with the Space Needle. It’s situated at the edge of zoning which requires buildings be limited to 85 feet (approximately eight stories) high.
The triangular tower rises from a quarter-acre lot downtown, no bigger than the average suburban single-family lot.
The location is hot again, near so many of the city’s major employers.
Sunsets from the Spire are spectacular.
A gym is one of many amenities in the building.
